The slight angle really makes this photo for me, it showcases the distance between the two people nicely. :D

Also, pretty good juxtaposition, the man cleaning the well-maintained sidewalk, and the wall in decay.

Thanks...I'm a tall guy living in a country of shorter people so almost by force of habit I tend to bend down when I take photos. :D

In my head, when I was taking the photo, I was juxtaposing the street cleaners mood with the billboard of smiles in the background...but it's hard to see in the final photo.

Ahhh. It's hard to see the billboard because of the guy, he's what draws the eye in the back there.

And I know how you feel, I'm like 6'3" and even though Americans are generally considered to be tall, that's several inches taller than the vast majority. :highfive: for being taller than other people!

Where in the States are you? I'm born & raised in the South Bay area of LA (Los Angeles LA, not Louisiana LA ;P), my dad lives in NE Ohio, my sis used to live in NC but lives in Hawai'i now.

I, unfortunately, live in South Carolina. The destitute sister state to NC....lol. I used to live in NC and it was so much better. Actually, I'm from Arizona, and the damn desert was better than SC. It's not as hot in the desert lol.

on another note, [link] , isn't that an awesome angle? I love shots like that, super-high vantage point with only a small portion filled with content. :D
