I like №1. In it there is a history.

i like the first one. better composition, imo.

The woman just clutters things up without contributing anything meaningful to the scene.

Definitely the one with the girls walking by, because you can relate more to the place. An empty place just doesn't tell you that much... what kind of street or shop is it? What kind of people go there? etc

The one with the woman talking fills up the negitibe space and balances out the photo

Why?
Imo the visible face of the guy with cap makes it somehow more catchy.

okay, I can understand why you can't decide which you like better... at first glance (thumbnail version) I much prefered the one with the women on the sidewalk... gave a feeling of freedom v. enclosure, nice contrast. But on Full View or if you were to do a large print, I'd have to say the other one..looks like he's debating on how soon he can get outside! maybe get some fries of his own!..... very nice both.

I prefer the one without the woman because it's telling the story of one person who wants to go to mcdonalds.

the one with the man and the woman tells me about a man who looks outside and a woman who looks inside and there is some mcdonalds over there and there's a window....can't make up my mind really

so the one without the woman is better because it's clearer

The first. I like the laughing woman with the mobile on the left

of course the one with woman behind the window is better...
the other one is simply empty outside and it's like a classing "what are you on about?" photo
but the one with the woman on the phone.. who seems to have some sort of inteaction with the guy is really nice
