Hoi An in Vietnam is great for suits and silk dresses

Philippines. For a more non-traditionally "asian", tropical experience.

It has a wide variety of culture, from the metropolitan cities (Manila, Cebu), to the rural province areas (which I recommend more).

As with most places, it's a lot more interesting (and somewhat dangerous) to explore the local culture than that tourist-geared stuff.
