I've actaully seen another deviation of this same guy. I dont remember exactly where or when it was taken, but I do remember this same guy. and I know he was losing his hat in the wind as he was wakling towards the camera.
uhm,,,,,i don't think it's a good idea to open a poll that questions the integrity of an artist. why not asking the artist instead? I don't think anyone can answer with certainty but them.
I fail to see the point of making a public poll about it. It doesn't matter what other street photographers (assuming all people that answer the poll are street photographers) think. When you initiate a poll like this one you're indirectly or directly questioning a fact, that could be simply answered by asking the maker, without creating a debate on the veracity of his work.
